We are thrilled and READY to welcome all the members of our DVS family tomorrow morning for the first day of the 2021-2022 school year! We encourage all students to arrive by 8:00am, as class begins at 8:15am. Here is the schedule for our first week:

When students arrive in the morning, they should go through the main gate to the “back yard”, from which they will be dismissed to their advisory classes at 8:15. All students will receive a copy of their class schedule in their advisory class, and we will also have staff members ready to assist any students who need help finding their advisor.

Tonight is Back-to-School Night for all of DVS!!This will be an open-house-style event in which students will have an opportunity to get their 2021-2022 class schedule, meet their teachers and see their classrooms, and learn important information about the 2021-2022 school year. Presentations to each grade level will take place at the following times:

9th grade @ 5:00pm           10th grade @ 6:00pm       11th grade @ 7:00pm       12th grade @ 8:00pm*

*12th grade families, please arrive at 7:00pm to get your schedules and see your classrooms prior to the presentation at 8:00.

Per current health guidelines, everyone will be required to wear face coverings at this event.

Overnighter for 9th & 10th Grade The Overnighter is back for our 9th AND 10th graders this year at Camp Pondo in Running Springs! Please see these documents for more details about the Overnighter:

Overnighter for 9th & 10th Grade The Overnighter is back for our 9th AND 10th graders this year at Camp Pondo in Running Springs! Our 10th graders will leave DVS in buses at 9:00am on Wednesday 8/18 returning on Thursday 8/19 at 3:00pm, and our 9th graders will be leaving Da Vinci in buses at 9:00am on Thursday 8/19 and returning on Friday 8/20 at 3:00pm. Details, including packing lists, camp forms, and health guidelines & precautions will be provided to students at Back-to-School Night on August 12th.

We are excited to announce that we have set up dates with our photographer for Seniors to take their “Cap & Gown” photos! You can sign up for your slot now at this Signup Genius link on a first-come, first-serve basis: https://tinyurl.com/DVS2022SeniorPhotos

Caps & Gowns will be provided at the photo appointment, and Da Vinci Schools is covering the cost of the “sitting fee” so families only need to pay for photos if they wish to purchase them after seeing them.
