DVS Back-to-School Night & Overnighter Info
It’s time to get out your fall calendars! (Note: updated info about the 2021-2022 calendar, our new weekly schedule, and FAQs can also be found in the “Resources” section to the right.) DVS plans to host Back-to-School Night the week before school begins on Thursday August 12th at from 5-8:30pm. This will be an open-house-style event in which students will have an opportunity to get their 2021-2022 class schedule, meet their teachers and see their classrooms, and learn important information about the 2021-2022 school year. Presentations to each grade level will take place at the following times:
9th grade @ 5:00pm 10th grade @ 6:00pm 11th grade @ 7:00pm 12th grade @ 8:00pm
Per current health guidelines, all students and parents will be required to wear face coverings at this event.
Overnighter for 9th & 10th Grade The Overnighter is back for our 9th AND 10th graders this year at Camp Pondo in Running Springs! Our 10th graders will leave DVS in buses at 9:00am on Wednesday 8/18 returning on Thursday 8/19 at 3:00pm, and our 9th graders will be leaving Da Vinci in buses at 9:00am on Thursday 8/19 and returning on Friday 8/20 at 3:00pm. Details, including packing lists, camp forms, and health guidelines & precautions will be provided to students at Back-to-School Night on August 12th.
