PSAT 9 & PSAT 10 Results are In

Hi 9th and 10th grade families,

Today students will begin receiving the score reports for the PSAT 9 and PSAT 10 tests they took in April. Please ask your son or daughter to show you the report when they receive it. I’ve included information about how to understand the score report below. Please click on the links to access the information. If you have any questions, please contact me at edsouza@davincischools.org. Thank you!

Presentation of Learning Policies

Hi DVS Families! Here are some of the policies regarding POLs at DVS:

Missed presentations: There will not be any POL makeups allowed. Students who miss a POL with a valid reason* will be excused from the POL. * Valid reasons include urgent doctor’s appointments with doctor’s note and parent confirmation, hospitalization with appropriate documentation, and deaths in the family with appropriate documentation.

Students arriving late to their POL presentation: The timer for each student’s POL will begin at their scheduled time. If a student arrives late, they will be allowed to give their presentation but will only have the time remaining on the timer to do so.

Students not in professional dress and/or missing a script or evidence: Students who are not dressed professionally or who are demonstrating a lack of preparedness will be permitted to present, but will be awarded a presentation preparedness score that reflects their lack of preparedness.
